Trump 230 – Harris 187
Donald Trump is projected to win North Carolina’s 16 electoral votes, securing the first of the battleground states. Trump’s win in this key state opens up many pathways to 270, but all still require Trump to break the previously blue wall of Pennsylvania, Michigan & Wisconsin. Kamala Harris is projected to win Oregon’s eight electoral votes, a traditionally blue state.
AP has not yet issued a projection for Arizona, Minnesota, New Mexico, Michigan, Nebraska (Districts 1 and 2), Wisconsin, Georgia, Maine (
statewide and District 2), New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Virginia, Nevada, Alaska, or Hawaii. The next round of polls closes in 33 minutes.
